This little gal has made enormous strides since early March!

Originally, Pixie was very fearful and refused to leave her hiding space under the bed, only coming out to eat and use the litter box at night.

But through gentle encouragement and hand feedings, she’s learned that humans are good, and pets are amazing. The world is a little less scary everyday, and Pixie is bravely exploring her foster home a little more each day. As I type this, she’s joined me on the couch for the first time ever!

While not one for being picked up or fast movements still, this darling tuxedo gal, with her little ankle socks and cutie mark on her left flank, is learning to play with spring toys and worms on strings, and loves a tube treat or three. She would do well in a quiet home, either alone or with other cats as she came from a multi-cat household.
