An ongoing role with consistent availability throughout the week.
Where you’ll work
Primarily remote, with regular access to a computer and online systems.
Your support
Training in SOS adoption policies and systems is provided.
From first application to the right match.
You’ll help assess suitability in line with SOS policies, work with foster families, and guide applications through the adoption process.
01 · Review & understand
Get to know each applicant
Review applications submitted through our online adoption process. Contact applicants, ask follow-up questions, and document conversations in our Monday.com workflow.
02 · Assess thoughtfully
Look beyond the application
Review living arrangements, expectations, household circumstances, and potential concerns against SOS adoption policies. Use sound judgment and flag anything that needs further review.
03 · Work together
Help the right connections happen
Work with foster families to understand individual cats and arrange introductions and meet-and-greets.
04 · Keep things moving
Guide the next step
Keep assigned applications moving through review, pre-approval, and matching. Hand approved matches over to our adoption finalization process.
